Came across a car I wanted on one of the sites and discovered RT Auto Center. I always am intimidated by dealership but as soon as Paul answered my call, he was super helpful, sweet and very patient with my questions. Through out the mornings, he checked back in with me with the documents I’d need and even discussed what kind of approach I can take with the payment for the car. He gave me advices and I felt completely at ease before I got the dealership. Once I get there, the dealership is in prestige condition with collection of amazing cars from different brands that just has these aesthetics. I was told the owner himself does the merchandising for the dealership and I knew my car was going to be fly. I was even informed that if I ever want another car there, they will do a trade in, that’s how much they feel secure of their collection of cars and the state of them. I took it on a test drive, bought the car, smooth transaction all under an hour from my arrival to departure with my newly bought car that they washed and detailed before my arrival. I love my car and I have Paul to thank for making me feel safe and secure with the big purchase I was making. Thank you for working with me Paul, everyone I highly recommend him for anyone that wants a trust worthy, patient, kind salesman.

I can only tell you for my special experience, and I say you're special because it was the first day that I got into the office. I see a black American woman fighting with the receptionist, and I got concerned and she was arguing because she had problem with her car, and that kind of freaks me out but then they started treating me nice and being polite and telling me lies about the situation after that I bought a car it was damaged they replace it and I got a Dodge Durango 2017 black I met Tiago the owner jimmy manager in from there I can tell you a whole novel what happened to me I can just tell you how we ended up. I ended up having this vehicle after a whole year. I spent $10,000 in the car with different issues and that's how my story and the car I was taking back because I couldn't handle no more nobody could help me nobody wanted to help me I put a down payment for $8000 and $25,000 finance the $8000 never got to the down payment we are supposed to be going I got pockets and that's it So that's part of the story, Judge based on your own experience I really hope that this common I help you...

Karol was the absolute best! ❤️ She was so friendly, sweet, and helpful through the entire purchasing process. Not many dealers are honest when it comes to the issues of the cars, but she did everything possible, including searching the auctions, to get us the absolute best and reliable option.
